Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are university qualified exercise professionals who specialise in the prescription and delivery of clinical exercise and lifestyle modification programs. They possess the knowledge, skills and competency to work with people with chronic and complex diseases, people with injuries, and healthy people who want to get stronger/fitter/healthier.

Exercise physiology services are also eligible for various rebates including those from private health funds, Medicare (GP referred Chronic Disease Management Plan), WorkCover, DVA and TAC.

AEPs are qualified to work with people with complex diseases including arthritis, cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. Nikolas Cupic (AEP)

Nikolas has completed a Masters of Clinical Exercise Science & Rehabilitation and a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Human Movement. Nikolas is a fully Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist with Exercise Sports Science Australia (ESSA).

Nikolas believes in a scientific & evidence based approach to exercise prescription in order to produce effective and efficient results. He understands that every client has different needs and abilities and structures his programs accordingly. He has a strong passion for fitness and health and trains as a competitive powerlifter.

Nikolas’ other qualifications include:
Level 1 strength and conditioning coach (Australian Strength and Conditioning Association)
Level 1 powerlifting coach (Powerlifting Australia, Accredited by the Australian Sports Commission’s National Coaching Accreditation Scheme (NCAS))
Level 1 weightlifting coach (Australian Weightlifting Federation, Accredited by the Australian Sports Commission’s NCAS)
Track & field coach (sprints, shot put, and discus)
Swimming teacher (AUSTSWIM)
