They possess the knowledge, skills and competency to work with people with chronic and complex diseases, people with injuries, and healthy people who want to get stronger/fitter/healthier.

Nikolas Cupic (AEP)
Nikolas has completed a Masters of Clinical Exercise Science & Rehabilitation and a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Human Movement. Nikolas is a fully Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist with Exercise Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
Nikolas believes in a scientific & evidence based approach to exercise prescription in order to produce effective and efficient results. He understands that every client has different needs and abilities and structures his programs accordingly. He has a strong passion for fitness and health and trains as a competitive powerlifter.
