Dynamic Semi Private Group Training Now Available In The City
For all of you are are tired of the same workout at the gym or want a dynamic personal environment to maximise your results, Semi Private Group Training is now available at my City Studio base. Based around Effective Movement Training I will be working with a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 5 people per group. This is not a boot camp of boring press up routines and squats. Be prepared for maximum enjoyment and a seriously better working body after just a few sessions. Sessions will involve suspension training, agility traing , body weight control, spin and free motion cable training. All fitness levels are welcome. This is a great opportunity to get far more specific with your goals in a highly motivated and professional environment.

All sessions take place at Jon's private studio located at The Basement 29 Somerset Place (Behind Camera House) Melbourne 3000 (Off Little Bourke St near Elizabeth St)
