Over the last few years many of the traditional forms of training such as weight training with machines, isolation body part training and long cardio sessions have been updated with far more beneficial,enjoyable and time efficient functional training techniques.

In real life our bodies move to the side, forward , backwards and diagonally. Contrary to most people's current exercise programs this is how we should all train.

Based around functional movement training, Jon Weller training involves moving the body through different planes of direction, incorporating the upper and lower body in motion, and creating progressive instability to movements.

Including apparatus such as foam rollers, suspension training, medicine balls, kettle bells, ViPR, dumbells and cables in well guided movements focus on improving stamina, posture, core stability and decreasing neck and back pain, while at the same time building a lean, strong athletic body.

All training includes fun and mind stimulating games and drills to keep enjoyment levels high, and change people's viewpoint of exercise as a routine.

Jon Weller

Jon is a highly regarded Fitness and Wellness Consultant with a private studio base in Melbourne City, and over 10 years experience in the industry.

After working for some of the biggest fitness companies in the world, Jon has opened a private studio dedicated to quality creative training, with a high level of service and customer care.

His training style encompasses using the latest proven training techniques in mind stimulating games and drills. No training session is the same with each client treated in a highly specific manner.

Jon's training style focuses on improving each clients movement skills, athleticism and overall education of fitness and health. In turn clients will get major results in body fat reduction, lean muscle improvement and corrected posture and mobility.

Jon has a 95% client retention rate over the last 2 years and is focused on technical planning and high levels of enjoyment for each client.

With a client base ranging from Senior Executives to Professional Athletes, Jon's focus is on maximizing each clients performance and ability. 

Jon is available for select Private and Express sessions.


Alexander Jenkins

Alex studied at Premier Training International in Manchester and has worked at gyms and private studios in Manchester and Sydney.

On top of Alex's industry qualifications he brings 15 years training experience, knowledge and active participation in the fitness field.

Having trained over 100 clients to reach their goals in the varied fields of body fat reduction, lean muscle gain, postural correction and sports specific training he has a proven record in helping clients reach above and beyond their expectations.

"My ideal clients will have to have a high level of commitment to working together, the desire to see it through, and the enthusiasm to do whats necessary."

Alex is available for Private, Express and Semi Private training.


Dr Heath Williams

B.Sci M.H.Sci Grad.Cert.Tert.Ed
Osteopath

Heath is an Osteopath with 7 years experience.  He currently teaches Osteopathy at Victoria University and works in private practice at Brighton Spinal Group and Hobsons Bay Osteopathy.

Heath has traveled extensively and worked abroad as an Osteopath for 4 years in Sweden and the UK.  He has previously taught at the British School Osteopathy and London School Osteopathy and worked as a musculoskeletal consultant for Health Response UK

Heath has written over 30 articles for PTONTHENET, Fitpro, Network Fitness Australia and FitnessAnyWhere and has presented on two occasions at the international fitness convention FItpro UK 2007/2008.
